A recipe from @new_forest_foodie using Tempus Spiced Coppa bringing meaty, juniper and black pepper notes to a big bowl of comforting pasta. This is then covered in an outstanding Ewes milk cheese from Golden Cross Cheese, topping off this comforting bowl of pasta with more comfort, intensity and complexity. Just wait for the cheese pulls and irresistibly crunchy, crispy edges.
